Shipping policy

Shipping depends on the type of item that has been purchased. At this time, we are only delivering plants locally, but this means if you purchase multiple items as well as plants, we will bring everything to you the same day if ordered before 11am, So its true same day delivery. If ordered after 11am we will deliver the next working day

If you have purchased other items that can be shipped (So no plants in the order), we will ask for a 5 day grace to get the order out to you. It will normally be sent the same day as the order is placed, but busier times and staffing may mean a slight delay could be possible.

We will make sure all items sent out will be protected from damage with packaging.

We may use second hand boxes where possible to cut down our carbon foot print. If you have purchased jewellery, this will have its own packaging on top of the sent box.
